There aren't many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants in my neighborhood that I've been wanting to eat here for a long time... But when I searched without giving up, I found this? There's a shop I don't know about! ! ! Then I realized that the Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant I used to go to had changed to a different restaurant. I thought maybe they just changed the name, but when I asked about it, I was told that the management was completely different. Looking at the website, it seems like they are very particular about meat, so I have to try this someday! I bookmarked it. I always try to eat meat at the end of the year, but I forgot to buy meat to eat at home, so it's convenient because you can reserve it online here. There don't seem to be many reviews yet, but the store was busy. The menu is mainly meat-based, with few variations such as salads. At first, I ordered average meat and green onion tongue salt. The green onion tongue was not served with green onions on top of the raw meat like in a normal restaurant, but was served separately. I'm happier this way! It was lightly grilled and wrapped with green onions. Yeah. delicious! delicious! I don't know what I ordered for the regular meat, but I think you can't go wrong with short ribs, loin, or skirt steak... Hmm. It's delicious, but it's not enough to make me smile as soon as I put it in my mouth...Maybe I'm asking for too much...Finally, I also ordered the meat on top. Come to think of it, I was particular about the meat, and I think I had written that I would definitely like it with salt, but I thought I had never been asked about it before, and for the first time I was asked how to eat it. So I asked for wasabi. Is it important to eat from the top? ! Good meat goes well with salt and wasabi, but if it's not so good, it's recommended to eat it with sauce. The meat above was delicious, but considering the price, this restaurant was too luxurious for our family. The reason why I can't find the restaurant I'm looking for is because I bought Iwatani's Yakiniku and the level of my home-made Yakiniku (Grilled meat) has improved. In the past, the quality of my favorite restaurants in Nara and Osaka was too high. Well, even so, my family's financial situation may be a problem as I can only attend once every few months (lol).
