The small mall "Across Plaza Urayasu Higashino" opened in December 2017 and has three restaurants: "Saizeriya", "Shabuha", and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) stores. I am grateful that all three have a long lunch time. This Yakiniku (Grilled meat) store seems to be a chain store with several restaurant in Saitama, Kanagawa, and Tokyo, mainly in Chiba Prefecture, but this is my first time using it. I was alone, but I was guided to a private room. I ordered the Sundubu pork kimchi (¥734) from the lunch menu, and the salad, kimchi, and namul came out immediately, and then the sundubu and rice were ready in about 5 minutes ~ Sundubu is not spicy, but it is rich and the fluffy tofu and pork are firm and delicious. The salad was a simple radish salad, but I was glad that there were three types of dressings on the table.
