舞浜イクスピアリにある鉄板焼き店。
大阪でも人気な千房のイクスピアリ限定の新業態。
人気メニューをはじめ、イクスピアリ限定メニューもあります。
お店に入ると大きな鉄板があるカウンターがあり、店内の注文は全てそこで焼き上げ、持ってきてくれるスタイル。なので焼くのが苦手だったり、服に臭いがつくのを気にする心配もほぼ無し。また子供連れでも少し安心かもです。
平日のランチタイムの後半戦で伺ったのですが、思いのほか混んでました。その時間帯は焼き担当の方が1人だけのようで、少し料理の提供まで時間がかかりました。
今回のヒットはパリパリ鉄板餃子とイクスピアリ限定のほわほわ焼き。春巻きの皮で仕上げた餃子はメニュー名通りパリパリ。ラー油がいいアクセントです。ほわほわ焼きはアボカドやクリームチーズ、トマトが入った洋風のお好み焼き。食べるところで少し味が変わるのも楽しいです。
自宅近くにお好み焼き店があまりないので美味しいものが食べられて嬉しい！
また来ようと思います。
