・会津から直送の会津馬刺し
名物の〝会津馬刺し〟は一般的な脂が多い馬刺しとは異なり、赤身が強いサラブレッドの品種を使用。
柔らかい赤身肉で、辛味噌をといたお醤油でいただく。
お醤油も、甘い九州醤油と普通の醤油の2種類用意されていて、お好みで食べられるよ！
私たちは、甘いお醤油が好みでした(^^)

この特製だれがまた、病みつきになるうまさで…
玉ねぎ・おろしニンニク・りんご等を調合したパンチのあるタレが、焼鳥のうまさをもっと引き出す(^^)

会津産の美味しいお米を、土鍋だからこそ存分に味わえます！！
イカと明太子に、バターの香りがたまりません。
お茶碗の半分くらい食べたら、途中でお出汁を入れて、ひつまぶしのようにいただきます。
このお出汁をかけたパターンもまた、最高に美味しくて、おかわりしたいくらいでした(^^)
オーダーが入ってから炊き上げるので、早めに注文するのがオススメ！
