ホテルのサービスが心地よい
シーザーサラダ1,050円スパゲティボロネーゼ2,400円タスマニアサーモンのグリル3,400円。サーモンは大ぶりですが味はいまいちでした。甘いソースは合わないので王道のムニエルで食べたかった。アンガスビーフの方が味も安定して美味しいです。
ハイボールは山崎、宮城峡等が1000円～1,500円で高くなくて安心。ちょっとグラスが細くて上品過ぎるか？
トータルの安定感は抜群です。
アラカルトのメニューが増えることを期待します。
シーザーサラダとUSブランドアンガス牛のステーキが美味しい。コースがお得だがアラカルトメニューがもう少し多いと行く回数が増えるんだけど。
サービスは良く雰囲気は抜群です。
また行きます。
ハイレベルなリゾートを感じられるダイニング。ハイアット・リージェンシー東京ベイ。
シーザーサラダ1,590円。千葉産ポークとマッシュルームのカレー2,830円。シーザーサラダの野菜はさすがホテルダイニングという感じで歯応えがありベーコンもしっかりな味でボリュームもあります。
カレーはポークカツレツの衣が薄くて肉が旨い。野菜も味が濃い。一流の洋食屋さんのカレーにも負けていません。
2品ともに満足です。
今日の店内は7割以上が外国人、オープンキッチンは活気があってまるで海外のリゾート地のホテルです。スタッフのサービスもレベル高めです。さすがハイアット・リージェンシー。
立地や景観も含めて「海外の」リゾート感があるダイニングです。テラス席からの眺めもリゾート地のようです。因みにディズニー感はゼロですが逆にワイワイしてなくて落ち着いた印象です。
アラカルトメニューはどれも安くはないが空間とサービスを考慮すれば妥当かと思う。
使い勝手の良いダイニングです。
コーヒーお代わりは復活して欲しい。

朝食ビュッフェ3,700円。ご飯と和食総菜、サラダ各種、焼き野菜、水餃子、パン等、オムレツ、スクランブルエッグは目の前で作ってくれます。フルーツもあり。ドリンクバーとコーヒーバーもある。
とりあえず一通りの料理は揃えています。値段相応に内容は良いです。
ただカレーの具に肉は無くてパプリカでした(泣)
ハイアットなら肉が欲しいぜ。
10時になると撤収が始まりますが席は11時までらしい。
天気の良い日にテラス席での利用とか素敵かもです。
