週末なので飲み開拓。事前情報少なめで浦安のコチラに☆
結果から言うと、まだ自家醸造は始まっておらず5月あたりで設備導入(?)との事でした。なので現在は委託醸造でコチラのビール(今回は3種でした)を提供(^^)
ゲストのビールも中々攻めている(あまり都内では飲めないと言う意味です)ように感じるし、祭醸造レシピのビールも同様にちょっと捻ったビールに感じました。個人的には面白いと思ったし本格的な醸造開始も気になるところですが、そこまでクラフトビール好きでないお客さんをどう捕まえるかが大事かもなぁ・・・とも思います(^◇^;)
フードは乾きものしかないので、持ち込み自由との事でした。
