注文すると鍵が渡されます。卓上毎に設置されている蛇口に鍵をさし、左に反時計ぐるっと回せば焼酎が注がれる。
レモンやライム、ガラナやオレンジジュースまで、30種類以上の割材で自分好みに多種多様なドリンクが楽しめます。
個人的にコーラの焼酎割りが美味しかったのでおすすめ‼️ただ、飲みやすくてどんどんグラスが空いてしまうのでお酒弱い方はお気をつけて笑

タン・ハツ・コブクロの３点盛り。新鮮な肉質で歯応えがあります。ここでかぼすコショウの出番。柚子胡椒のような雰囲気でお肉との相性抜群。
大人気のメンチカツは余熱で仕上げられるらしく、到着して１分間はお預け。
箸で割ってみると味ある肉汁が溢れ出ます！！
ミノやホルモン、のどがしら等の『やきとん』もおいしかった。肉の旨みがわかる薄味付けでかぼすコショウとの相性◎

〆は月見つくね丼。あまじょっぱいタレが絡んだつくねが５つ、中央には卵黄が鎮座している。君を割って絡めればまろやかで満足感があり、〆にはもってこいの一杯！
