ニンニク少なめ
第1印象として店内の雰囲気がとてもいいです。奥さんと子供の写真が飾られていて二郎っぽくない店内に、夫婦ニコニコしながらラーメンを提供してくれたりと心温まる接客でした。
平日の昼、12時前背後霊待ち15分程度で食べれました。二郎の化学調味料や背脂を使ったスープと味噌はとてもあいます。まろやかだけど少しピリッとする濃厚スープがとても美味しかったです。野菜がデフォで多いので増さずとも結構量があります。麺はかなり柔らかめの茹で加減で、豚はとても柔らかいホロホロのものです。人気なのもわかります。
