Visited at 7pm on weekdays (before holidays). The store was nearly full and the event was a great success. However, the food delivery was too slow! ! Items that don't need to be cooked, such as salads and cold tofu, are relatively quick, but the main grilled dishes are so slow that they can be complained of. The first order of yakitori was served an hour and a half later... after last order was finished, right? ! The dashimaki omelet was quickly delivered to the table where I ordered it later. Also, I get the drink order wrong. I understand that it's difficult to have one person in the hall (two people after 8pm), but I personally cannot accept this low productivity and poor accuracy. I also reminded the staff several times. Moreover, the young staff in charge of pottery is texting on a smartphone? Line? You can clearly see what he is doing. Not everything is perfect, but everything gives a bad impression! Basically, I don't post negative reviews, but I'm going to post it because I'm so disappointed and I'm looking forward to future improvements. The most important thing is the taste... it's very normal and I have no complaints. Are the prices reasonable as a result? There are many reasons why people may give up on ordering because of the slow delivery, or they may feel full because of the slow delivery.
