意外にもお蕎麦も美味しい
今日は柏駅周辺で散歩です
ランチタイムに入店するとカウンター席に案内されました
初めてなのでメニューを見て親子丼にしようと思ったのですが
隣の先客さんがざるそばを２枚食べているような様子です
お蕎麦も美味しいのかなと思って急遽店舗限定のランチメニューから
「親子丼＋半せいろセット」(1000円)と「ランチ生ビールグラス」(290円)を注文しました
暫くして料理が配膳されました
暖かいものからというマイルールで親子丼から頂きました
鶏肉は大きめで柔らかくて弾力があり美味しいです
中央の玉子はトロトロで味付けも良いと思いました
ビールも美味しく感じますね
親子丼を１/３程度残したときにお蕎麦も頂きました
氷で冷やされてお蕎麦はこしがありのど越しが良いです
これは美味しいです
下手な専門店よりも良いですね
先客さんがお蕎麦を食べていたのが納得だし、それを見たのはラッキーでした
美味しかったです
焼き鳥も美味しそうなので再訪の候補としておきます

前回本業とも言える焼き鳥を見て美味しそうなので再訪してみました
最初にランチに出される串を確認して被らないようにしました
全て塩で「とりレバー」(203円)と「手羽先」(330円)と「はらみ串」(220円)と「中瓶」(715円)を最初に注文しました
すると中瓶と共にお通しの「大根おろし」(385円)が出されました
それにしても大根おろしのお通しって珍しいよな
あとで蕎麦も追加するからその汁にいれることにしました
暫くして焼き鳥が出されました
鶏レバーはふっくらしていました
頂くと中はレア―という感じでふんわりしていました
旨い！
はらみ串は小ぶりながらも弾力があり食感の変化が楽しいです
そして手羽先は皮目はしっかり焼かれていてパリっとしていて肉はジューシーで弾力があり旨いです
ここで「ランチセットＢ」(1000円)を追加しました
「ネギ間」と「つくね」と「とり皮」と蕎麦などが運ばれてきました
最初にネギ間を一口頂きました
葱の旨味と鶏肉の旨味が合わさってジューシーで凄く美味しいです
つくねはふっくらしていて美味しいのですがタレの方が良かったかな
皮は皮側が良く焼かれていてカリッとしていながら脂が染み出で美味しいです
お蕎麦も前回同様に美味しいです
後半はお通しの大根おろしを入れておろし蕎麦として頂きました
次回のランチはタレにしたいと思ったのとランチビール２杯にしようと思うのでした
