餃子で一杯ひっかけたあと向かったのは、MoMoさん。
ランチメニューははずし、肉とワインをいただきます。
その他和牛刺し身、牛タンのマリネで昼呑み継続。
間髪入れずにステーキ到着、ソースが別添えはうれし
い、塩と胡椒のみでお肉を味わいます。うまし!焼き方
いいですね。レアでオーダーしましたが、しっかり火が
入ったレアで絶妙な焼き加減。特選などブランド牛も
ありましたがこちらのお肉に選択しましたが、満足な
肉質で大満足でした。こりゃ再訪したいですね。
