土曜日のお昼１時頃はすごい行列。
時間を調整して、2時半頃再訪。
並びは3組4人。
待つことおよそ10分で入店。
煮込み大盛り定食
半ライス定食を注文。
セルフサービスの水を取りに行ってる間に着丼。
迫力満点て、美しい煮込み。
もつがゴロゴロ。
これでもかっていうくらいの量。
そして、
蒟蒻
牛蒡
玉ねぎ
葱が、モリモリ。
早速いただきました。
大ぶりのもつ、
仄かなもつの香り。
でもめちゃめちゃ色々な味が染み込んでます。
柔らかくて、口の中でとける感じ。
スープは最後にご飯にかけていただきました。
スープのとろみ、香り、めちゃ美味しい。
昔ホルモンラーメンがあったようですか、
食べた人が羨ましい。
ちなみに、
もつの大盛りと普通、お皿がちがうんですが、
普通盛は底も広くて、
もしかしたら大盛りより多い？
次回、徹底調査かな？
