妙な立地にある気がします。
ちょっと地味目な道路沿いの角地。
でもこのあたりに飲食店が固まっていて
この辺の方からしたら、このあたりは
ちょっとした飲食街という認識なのかも。
駐車場は入りやすく、なかなか広め。
店内は40人くらいは入れるかな？
内観はレトロな高級中華というか。
ウェイトレスのオバ…大きいお姉さま達は
真っ赤なチャイナドレスを着ていてNICE。
注文したのは、
ホウラン焼きそば、
牛肉の中華野菜炒め。
店名を冠したホウラン焼きそばは、
五目あんかけ焼きそばのようです。
ところどころパリッと焦げた麺がうまい。
具材もトロリと絡まって、
オーソドックスな旨さでした。
900円弱くらいかな。
牛肉中華野菜炒めは1450円。
こちらのお店のメニューの大部分は、
3〜4名向けと記されており、
値段も単品で1000〜2000円。
中にはハーフサイズに出来る品もあるが、
全てのものをハーフサイズに出来るわけではないとの事。
こちらの牛肉炒めも、ハーフサイズは無い。
この位の価格であれば、けっこう大皿なメニュー？
と思ったが、ぱっと見、1.3人前くらいの量。
2人で食べたが、あっという間に完食。
一人当たり、取り皿に多めに盛って一杯、くらい。
ご飯でもつければ良かったかな。
牛の原価を考えれば妥当か知らないけど、
感覚的には間違いなく物足りなく感じた。
近くの元祥などは、食べても減らないくらいにデカ盛りなので…
中華野菜炒めに惹かれたのも、
馴染みのない野菜が食べたいという期待から。
しかしながら入ってる具材は、
筍、キクラゲ、シイタケ、トマト、玉ねぎ…
これらは中華野菜なん？
キクラゲはまあ中華…っぽい？
そもそも中華野菜ってなんだろ笑
オッ、なんだこれ食べたことないー！
というリアクションがしたかった。笑
牛肉は柔らかくておいしかったし
割合としては多めだったけど、
でもやや濃いめの味付けで、
良い肉ならもっと素材そのものの味を
感じられるような調理法が良かったかなあ…
ミスチョイス…！
他の3〜4名向けメニューは、
もっと量が多いんだろうか？
ランチメニューとか、麺ものやご飯ものは、
もっとコスパ高いのかもしれない。
他にも色々試さないと分からないけど、
今回のチョイスは失敗気味でした、残念！
