オーソドックスな芳蘭焼きそばをオーダーしてみました。餡掛け焼きそばです。鶏と豚肉の両方が入って一見お得感があるようですが、やはり豚肉だけの方が食べやすいですね。最初鶏肉を食べた時何の肉だろうと不思議な感覚です。野菜餡掛けはノーマルなものですが鶏肉は違和感かんじました。また、焼きそばの焼きが甘く、もっと、焼き固めた麺の方が麺の香ばしさが立ち好みなのですが、あまりにも柔らかめな麺は高齢者向けのような感覚です。値段もこの一皿で1000円を超えます。他のオーダーの方がよかったのかなと思います。ちょっと自分に合わなかったと思います。
