This is a long-established Chinese restaurant that serves delicious Horan soba noodles, named after the restaurant. They serve not only Noodles but also course meals, and I think it's very good value for money. It was hot today, so I ended up ordering chilled tantan noodles, but when I think of chilled tantan noodles from places like Kodoten, I can't help but feel that something is missing... but I still think it's delicious. When it gets cold, I'd like to have Horan soba.
