柏駅東口、レイソルロード沿い。
かなり目立ちませんね。
店名の看板も、見方によればちょっと
大き目の個人宅の表札にも見えます。
平日ディナータイムに利用機会あり。
地ビールで乾杯の後は、画像にある様な
ビストロらしい美味しい料理をお酒と
共に堪能しました。ジビエはイノシシ
だったかな。テリーヌなので口当たり良く。
あと、トリッパとポルチーニ茸の煮込みは
絶品ですね。まぁ他も全部美味かった(^^)
気づいたのですが、仕事帰りでしょうか？
ソロ客が夕飯でしょうか？
サクッと食べて一杯飲んでサッとおかえり。
みたいなお客さんが何人かいましたね。
そんな使い勝手も出来るお店の様です。
尚、店主と若い女性スタッフのツーオペ。
我々はテーブル席だったので、女性スタッフ
がすべて対応してくれました。
知識もあってスムーズな対応力もあり
快適な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
