12時頃呼塚交差点にある「フォルクス 柏店」に伺いました。先客は15名程でした。
「日替りランチ(水)ポークカツレツ バジルソース1,098円」と「ランチドリンクバー220円」を注文しました。
ランチにはサラダバー、スープバー、ブレッドバー(焼立てパン)が付いてます。サラダバー、スープバーはよくありますが、ブレッドバーも付いているのは嬉しいですね！パンは7種類、スープは3種類ありました。
メインを待っている間にサラダ、スープ、焼立てパンを取りに行きました。
ポークカツレツは10分程で配膳されました。
パークカツレツはかなり薄めで衣も中もちょっと硬めでした...バジルソースも少なめでカツレツにはそれほど合わないなと個人的には思いました。
サラダバーは特筆することはありませんでしたが、スープ3種類とパンはどれも美味しくいただきました。メインはいまひとつでしたが、サラダ、スープ、パンで帰る時にはお腹いっぱいでした(笑)
メイン以外が印象に残った「フォルクス 柏店」でした。
