０次会を経て、おじゃましてきました。
開店同時なので、当たり前ですが先客ゼロ(笑)
まずは生ビールで乾杯です^_^)／▼☆▼＼(^_^)
すでに軽く出来上がっているので、チャッチャといきましょう( *´艸｀)
早速オーダーです！お目当てのメニューはレバ刺♪
まずはレバ刺とあぶりレバーからオーダーです。
・レバ刺
トロっとした舌触りと濃厚な旨味がたまりませんね♪
・あぶりレバ
仄かな香ばしさと滑らかな舌触りです。炙ったことで温度が上がり、旨味の変化が感じられます。これもまた美味し。
・とり皮の素揚げポン酢
サクッ？パリッ？とした食感。その後に皮特有の食感がやってきます。このままでもかなり美味しいです。そしてポン酢がかかった部分をいただきますと、これまた良いお味です♪
揚げ物とポン酢って合うんだなぁ♪
・もも
思ったより小ぶりでしたね・・
歯応えもあり、ももの旨味も存分な堪能出来ます。
・つくね
塩で焼き上げてあります。食感は軟らかくて、口の中でホロホロ崩れていきます。こちらも美味しい♪
・マスターおまかせオムレツ
具材はキムチ&明太子♪
メチャクチャ美味い！味付けがコクがあって円やかでキムチ&明太子の辛味を優しく包んでくれてる感じです♪
生クリームとかバターとか使ってるのかな？
なんて感じる味わいでした♪
・鶏レバーのにんにく黒胡椒焼き
レバーの旨味に加え、バターと黒胡椒の味わいがたまらんっす♪
しかしこちらのお店の食事は、酒が進む進む(笑)
生ビールに始まり、０次会で既に飲んでいたのに、レモンサワー(のはず)何杯おかわりしたんだろう・・
気づくと店内は満席。カウンターと小上がりで12～3名くらいのキャパのこのお店。マスターお一人でまわしていらっしゃいました。
〆をどうしようか悩みしたが、近くのラーメン屋さんに行くことになり、お会計をお願いします。
