柏駅で途中下車。
結果、素晴らしいバーの街だと知ることに。
辿り着くのが超難解でしたが、扉の向こうには理想郷が広がります。
めちゃくちゃカッコいいバックバー。
座り心地が最高なソファー。
カウンターには肘が置ける傾斜付きのクッション。
居心地の良さを極めた空間です。
この肘置きはマスター出身の新宿ハイアットリージェンシーのバーに倣ったようです。
これ、ほんと快適です。
マティーニからスタート。
タンカレーNo.10で優しく仕上げていただきました。
このバーはフードも充実していて、レーズンバターをチョイス。
バゲットに載っかって美味しくて軽い逸品。
仕上げはギムレット。
ジンはゴードンですが、ひと工夫されてます。
オーナーのハードシェイクで、甘みのないドライな一杯。
これがまた尖ってて旨いんですよ。
高揚感を持ちながらリラックスできる、最高の空間です。
マティーニ〜ギムレット、気持ちがシャキッとしました。
