国道１６号線、若柴・柏市公設市場付近の交差点脇にお店を構えますラーメン店『らーめん工房 けや木』さん、一般客はもちろん、場所柄市場関係者も多く見えられる感じです。この日は市場に立ち寄った帰りに、訪店してみました。
「けや木らーめん」（税込1,000円）を、チケットベンダーにて購入しました。いわゆる全部入りラーメンかと思われます。やって来ましたらーめんは、チャーシューが２枚、味付玉子が半割２個で１玉分、海苔が２枚、メンマと白髪ネギといった構成。麺は中盛りまで同値段です。スープは和風だしの利いた優しい醤油スープで、卓上調味料は七味とにんにくで、七味をかけて辛味を調節しました。
全体的にとても良くまとまっていて、美味しくいただくことができました。
