2024年2月のとある平日の13時過ぎに訪ねた。
柏の葉キャンパス駅から徒歩7,8分ほどの場所にあるラーメン店「けや木」。
程好い広さの店内には先客2名。
食券機で「けや木らーめん」¥1,000を選択してカウンター席に座り、食券を提示する。麺の量を「小盛り」「中盛り」で選べるので「中盛り」をリクエスト。
5分ほど待つと料理が提供される。
醤油ラーメンをベースにチャーシュー、味玉、メンマ、海苔、白髪ネギが乗った「けや木らーめん」。
魚介のダシが効いた醤油スープはしっかりとコクが感じられる。細めの麺とスープの相性は良い感じ。表面を油が膜を張っているので温度をキープしている。カツオの風味が上品に香る良い醤油ラーメン。
チャーシューを食べてみると、豚肉の旨味をしっかり感じられて良い味。程好い厚みでジューシーさも楽しめる上質なチャーシュー。
味玉もスープが染みて良い塩梅。玉子の黄身が非常に滑らかで純粋に美味しい味玉に仕上がっている。
メンマ、白髪ネギ、海苔も醤油ラーメンに合わせながら食べる。ネギの爽やかさはオイリーな醤油スープにマッチする。
卓上の一味唐辛子を振りかけて辛さと風味を増して味わると良い感じ。更に刻みニンニクを投入するとジャンクな味わいになってより美味しく味わえる。
雪の降る寒い日には嬉しいスープが熱々の「けや木らーめん」は程好いボリュームで食べ応えのある一杯であった。
醤油スープ以外のラーメンも食べてみたくなる「けや木」はまた是非利用したい店。
