ランチタイムに初利用です
店内に入りテーブルに案内されました
外メニューを見て決めていた「発酵らいん御膳」(1650円)を注文しました
料理を待っている間に店内を見渡すと全員が女性のようでした
店員さんも女性だったと思うので完全アウェーです
まずは左手前の「ルッコラとレンコンの豆乳クリームチーズサラダか」から頂きました
レンコンのサクサク感が良い感じです
中央奥の「発酵ローストチキン」はとても柔らかいです
塩麹に漬けていたのでしょうか
最後に頂いた左奥の「海老の包み揚げ＆とろろ」は皮がパリパリで食感が良く
海老だんごの柔らかい食感が対照的でしかも旨味が凄い
美味しいです
これが一番のお気に入り料理でした
最後に「いちご甘酒どりんく」を頂きました
全体的に沖縄でで頂いた発酵料理よりも食べやすくて美味しいと思いました
