本日も大変暑いので
どこかで暑さをしのぎたい
そんな時にはこちらです

私のお馴染みのお店ね
柏にもあるんだ～なんて
あれば入りましょう
でも開店は11時30分ですよ
11時についてしまいましたが…
しばしまった後は
無事入店
ホールの方お1人か～
最終的に結構な数の来客数があったので大変そうね
今回はハラミステーキいただくのも考えましたが
そういえば食べたことないピザあったんだった
ということでDOCという賞をもらったピザがあるとか
少しお高いですけど柏に来て箔を付けましょう
やってきたピザはチェリートマトたっぷり
チーズもたっぷりで贅沢なピザ
味わいもフレッシュなトマトの酸味とピザの塩気がちょうどよいですね～
トマトソースを使わずトマトの海は圧巻です
サルヴァトーレクオモさんは店舗によってサービス内容が違うので
それぞれの特徴がありますけど
こちらの店舗は割とシンプルで
ピザとサラダとドリンクのみ
他だと本日の肉料理なんてつくところもありますけど
不思議ですよね～
それはさておき
かなり込んできたのに
私がピザを食べ終えるとホールの方の立ち位置だと私のテーブルあまり見えないのに
ささっと食後に依頼したドリンクを用意していただきました
これは素晴らしいですね
終始笑顔で対応されるホールの方が来店退店を告げるコールに
寡黙に調理するキッチンと
対照的な雰囲気が面白いかも
退店時も笑顔で送り出してくださるこちらのお店は
接客がよくできた店舗だと思います
駅近で込んでいる理由が分かった気がしました
