柏駅の西口側にあるたい焼き専門店。ロータリーにひっそり存在しているので、意外と存在感がないというか。バス待ちの人にはよく目に付くと思うけど。
●小倉あん（126円＋税）
1番ノーマルなのがこちらの小倉あん。たい焼きの生地、厚め。ふわふわしてる、ホットケーキのような味わいがあります。柔らかくて食べやすいけど、パリッとした食感も欲しかったかな。粒あんの粒はトロッとしてなめらか。あんこの甘みも、生地が厚いから気にならなかったです。
