外で飲まなくなって３年近くが過ぎゆく・・煮込を急に食べたくなった。
盛んに宣伝しているので訪問。
注文 ： もつ煮込み定食 ￥６８０
お味 ： 思いの外あっさりめ。
良く煮込まれて柔らかめ、全体的にアッサリめ。
味噌の深みのある味は感じるが、さほど塩っぽくない。
最後に余った汁はご飯にかけて食べろと書いてある。
血圧に影響するのでかけないけど、さらりと食べられて満足。
