久々の投稿です。博士論文が忙しくなかなか投稿出来ていませんでした、、
さて柏で客足が途絶えないイタリアンに行ってまいりました。
お店の名は、トラットリアコラーレ。
遅ればせながら、友人たちが私の誕生日を祝っていただきました。
まずドリンクが豊富です。
イタリアの珍しいドリンクやジョッキに入ったシャンパンは特徴的です。シャンパンは特にスプマンテが口当たりが良いので飲み過ぎ注意です。
エビのアヒージョ、牛肉のロッシーニ風煮込み、穴子の一本揚げ、牡蠣のグラタン、エビカニマヨのピザ、デザートも豊富です。
お酒とお料理が豊富なため、何時間でも飽きの来ない設定になっています。
おかげで18時からの誕生日会派22時まで滞在してしまいました。雰囲気もよく、良いお店です。
