せっかく柏まで来たので、ランチを梯子してブックマークしてあったこちらのお店へ。。
こんなことやってるから太るんですよね、、ええ、分かってます。
10人くらい行列してます。先に店内の券売機で食券を買ってから行列の最後尾に並ばなければならないシステムのようです。そんなこと知らなかった僕はただ並んでいました。
30分以上並んでやっと入店。小さな店だし、相席させないので回転は悪いです。
先にオーダーしてあるので着席後の提供は早いです。
上ロースカツ定食1650円を頂きました。
脂が多めで火入れが弱いので、肉がグニャグニャしてて、僕の口には合いませんでした。
火の入れ過ぎは固くパサパサになってしまいますが、最近のトレンドの生焼け系はグニャグニャで、厚切りのトンカツには合わないと心から思います。
キャベツも少な目、豚汁は煮詰まって大根は溶けていました。
なんでこんなに並んでいる人気店のかよくわかりません。
