柏から送迎バスが出るようなセブン&アイ・ホールディングスのショッピングモール。
そのフードコートにあるステーキ屋さん。
立食スタートではじめたユニークなステーキ専門店で、あれよあれよと他店舗展開し、
社長の手腕すごいなぁと思っていたら失言して一挙に評判ガタ落ち。
とにかく目まぐるしいお店ですね。
私は8年ぐらい前に神田で食べたのが最初でしょうか。
こうしてショッピングモールのフードコートでも食べられるようになったのが驚きです。
（だいぶ閉店されて食べられなくなった場所もたくさんありますが。）
フードコートで食べるステーキっていうのも初めてかも。
楽しませて頂きました。
食べたのはワイルドステーキ。
じゅうじゅうと、熱い容器のものをはこぶのですが、人がごった返すフードコートではやや迷惑かも。
そこは半分目をつぶる。
食べた感想としては、
肉自体は価格見合いでそこそこ。
肉卸出身のディスカウントスーパーのそれと価格味共に遜色無いと思います。
下味に塩と粗挽きの胡椒が効いて外食あるあるの味の濃さ。
甘口ソースと辛口ソースを選択可能で、
辛口にしてもらいましたが、特別甘くしていないだけで辛口ではなかったです。
150gはちと寂しい。
が、まぁ、フードコートでこれだけガチにステーキが食べられるのは面白かったです。
