農家レストラン『さんち家』は『今採り農産物直売所 かしわで』敷地内に併設 |
かしわで併設のレストラン、さんち屋がオープンしました。
レストランはビュッフェのみ。
入り口横にコーヒーなどのカフェメニューも。
カフェメニューは、窓口横の椅子での飲食になるようですね。
時間がなかったので、カフェのほうでグリーンスムージーを。
券売機で食券を買い、窓口の店員さんに渡します。
1杯ずつミキサーにかけての提供。
材料は水菜、小松菜、黒キャベツ、チンゲンサイだそうです。
あれ…バナナ半分冷蔵庫から出していたけど使わなかったようですね。
牛乳の白と緑のグラデーション。
砂糖など入っていないのかな、野菜感満載。水菜の味が強いかな？
野菜は冷凍してあったのか、すごく冷たいです。
夏には良いかもしれません。
個人的にはもう少し牛乳足すか、甘みのある野菜が欲しいところです。
体には良いかも！
あと蓋がないので持ち歩きは少々不安です。
座って飲みましょう！
今度はレストランのほうにも行ってみたいです。
