GW最終日ランチタイム過ぎの来訪です。当店を目指し道の駅しょうなんに来てみましたが、駐車場も当店も外待ちもかなりの混雑でした。広大な道の駅の駐車場ですが溢れんばかりの車が停まっており、エリア内の一番遠い箇所に僅かに残っていた空きスペースに何とか停められました。
当店の待ちも10数組ありました。当店は食べ放題のサラダバーがあり１テーブル60分制限があり、逆にいうと60分くらいの滞在時間が許容されるため結構回転は悪めかもしれません。
外で30分ほど待ち名前を呼ばれて入店。すぐさまお目当てだった「黒酢チキン南蛮」の券を買い、自分の番号を確認しつつサラダバーで好みの野菜を盛り付けていると、メイン料理が出来上がったお知らせが掲示されました。提供はかなり早いですね。
「黒酢チキン南蛮」ですが、巨大な皿に大ぶりなチキン南蛮が5個も載り予想以上にボリューミー。お味としては特に自家製タルタルソースが絶品です。麻薬的な旨さのタルタルソースが美味しすぎてあっと言う間にチキンが無くなっていきます。タルタルソースばかりつけて食べていて、最後の１個が残り半分になったときにお皿の外側につけられていた黒酢の存在に気づきました。この黒酢も絶品で最後の半個は黒酢＆タルタルソースで食べましたが、これも物凄く美味しい味でした。
サラダバーも充実しておりチキン南蛮と相性抜群！美味しすぎてつい３回もおかわりしてしまいました。普段あまり食べる機会がないケールをたっぷりいただき、またこの日一番美味しいと感じたキャベツ浅漬けも多めに。そしてカロリーが高そうなカボチャサラダ、コールスローだけでなく、デザートのレアチーズケーキもいただいちゃいました。すごく旨かった！
腹ぱんぱんまで食べ切り、この1食だけで軽く1000kcalをオーバーしていそうです。タルタルソースやチキンの脂質量も多く、サラダ中心とは言えボリュームもカロリーも過剰な摂取となり、さすがに食べ過ぎ感・食後数時間のお腹膨脹感はありました。ただ、不思議と胃腸は全くもたれることはなくスッキリした感覚が続き、帰宅後しばらくして絶不調だったお通じも凄く良くなってサラダのデトックス効果を実感。カラダが喜ぶ食事とはこういう食事なんだと改めて感じました。
道の駅自体が非常に混雑するためここに限らず待ち時間はありますが、美味しさ・スッキリ感、ヘルシー感もどれもが気持ちよく、ここはまた頑張って再訪する価値があると思いました。ごちそうさまでした。
