コーヒーが美味しい
お店は17年3月に開業した柏の葉 T-SITEの中のメインの建屋とは別の場所の中にあります
開業してから1年ほどは駐車場待ちの車が16号線に並んで渋滞する程人気がありました
落ち着いてきたようなのでランチタイムに利用してみました
テラス席も多いのですがお店の中に入ると中央にあるオープンキッチンが目に入って来ました
グランピングを標榜している雰囲気は直ぐに感じられました
少し待った後に席に案内されました
メニューをみて12月限定の「春菊たっぷり！フレッシュトマトとライムソースのハンバーグ」(本体1480円)を注文しました
ランチブッフェにはスープ、ソフトドリンク、サラダなどがありました
写真にあるワイルドな感じに切られた野菜もキャンピングの雰囲気が出てますね
食べ終えるとメインのハンバーグが運ばれてきました
あっライスもselfでした (笑)
このハンバーグは少し強めに焼かれていて味付けも微妙でした
これはちょっと残念でした
食後にコーヒーを淹れに向かいました
6種類の豆が用意されていてストレートもブレンドも可能でした
最初にマンデリンのストレートにしました
香りが良くて美味しいです
ただ用意されていた四角い手動ミルは使いづらいのが残念でした
次回は自宅のミルを持参しよう (笑)
その後更に1杯お代わりしました
ご馳走様でした

久しぶりに再訪してみるとブッフェが復活していました
ドリンクも数種類が飲み放題なので女性のグループが大半でカップルは少数です
勿論男性一人は私だけ（笑）
席に案内されメニューを見ながら考えました
メインは「ハンバーグ特製デミグラスソース」(1078円)として「ブッフェセット」(968円)にしました
合計2046円です
お冷は柑橘入りで爽やかです
まずサラダコーナーに向かいサラダを2皿分取りました
新鮮でパリパリの野菜はフレンチドレッシングで美味しく頂きました
スープは「豚汁」でした
これも良く煮込まれていて美味しいです
これらを頂きながらメインのハンバーグを待ちました
ついに私のハンバーグが運ばれてきました
慌ててライスを取りに向かいました
席に戻りハンバーグに入刀しました
肉汁が溢れ出てきました
では実食です
見た目通りジューシーで特製デミグラスソースも美味しいです
ご飯がどんどんすすむ君です
お代わりしてしまいました
そして1個無料の生玉子も頂きTKGしました
食後はコーヒータイムです
1杯目はマンダリンの豆を自分で挽いてお湯を回し掛けました
苦みが特徴ですね
2杯目はモカを同様にして淹れました
今度は甘い酸味が特徴ですね
体が喜ぶようなランチでした
ご馳走様でした
