仲間内の飲み会で利用しました。柏の葉キャンパス駅から徒歩7, 8分といったところなので、遠過ぎず、近過ぎずといった感じ。遠目にも小洒落たお店であることが見てとれる。お店の中のウッディなインテリアが期待を高める。最初のビールがサーバーで出てくるのは、飲み会やパーティでは楽しい演出になりそうだ。サラダの中にも厚切りのベーコンがのぞき、店名に「肉」をフィーチャーするだけのことはあるなぁと思っていると、あれ？ベーコンが人数分ない…。取り分けていた自分はベーコンを食べられなかった。期待した肉料理も取り立てて特別感はなく、目の前で燻製をつくるのだけが他のお店との差異化になるのか…。飲み放題のドリンクにも特徴はなく、お店のコンセプトでもあるグランピングという雰囲気を多少感じながら飲み食いをする「洋風居酒屋」と思えば悪くはない。過度に肉料理への期待を膨らませてしまう、駅からの徒歩は逆効果だったかも…。
