5年振りくらいに来ました、柏駅近の濃厚煮干しそばのお店。
結構なラーメン激戦区で変わらぬ味が感慨深い。
変わってしまったのは自分自身で、今食べると上品なお店の雰囲気に反して結構ワイルドさも感じました。結構脂多くて攻めた味です。
淡麗系は食べた事無く、隣の方が食べているのを見て興味が湧きました。
また来るかも。
