Another trip to explore dried sardines. This shop I found in Kashiwa also has locations in Kitasenju and other places. I think it's about a 5-7 minute walk from the west exit of Kashiwa Station. The inside of the store is very clean and has a good atmosphere. I couldn't take pictures because the ticket vending machine was touch-sensitive and displayed the tickets according to genre. I guess it was a little hard to understand. Choose rich dried sardines soba and substitute egg! The dried sardines soba is not too bitter, has a rich aroma and flavor, and is very delicious☆ The viscosity of the soup is not too thick, but rather smooth. The menma noodles and chashu were delicious, and I thought the special one would be better this time. Also, since it contains yuzu, it gives it a nice different taste. There were also yuzu pepper and flower sansho pepper on the table, which I liked because they added a lot of different flavors. Spare balls are a great deal at 100 yen! I am very grateful that it comes with salt sauce! I also ordered rice because it was only 100 yen, but I was surprised to find that it was more than twice the size of the rice I thought it would be. My stomach is overjoyed though. It's a nice shop because the cost performance of the substitute balls and rice is also good. The staff are kind too and I want to go again.
