予てより訪れたかった料理店、念願叶いついに入店!!!
お店の雰囲気、一品一品に磨き抜かれた料理人の気迫と魂、優しさが満ちていました。
料理が旨くメニューも豊富、その引出しの多さに圧倒されました。
中国4000年歴史を通し人々を支えてきた料理、
本場、一流ホテルで料理長を務められてこられた料理人から、卓越した味わいと魂を感じました。
旨さと健康、つまり薬膳も感じるのです。
日本建築に例えると まさしく宮大工の域にある料理人の素晴らしさを感じました。
余りの旨さにテイクアウトをとり母へプレゼント!
80歳を超え世界の食を味わってきた母曰く「これは凄い、選ばれし料理人のみぞ生み出す上海の宮廷中華料理だわ」と鳥肌が立つ程に感動していました。
駅から少し距離はあるものの食のパワースポットとして訪れる価値を感じました。
そしてこんな素晴らしい料理人が街にいらっしゃることに誇りを覚えます。
