焼肉ARATA。西口高島屋の前、ビルの4階。
今はまだ、店の外に目立つ看板などありません。
生ビールで乾杯。
こだわり感じるメニューを見ながら、作戦会議です(^ω^)

まずは、厚切り特タン塩を注文しました。
厚切りのタン元は柔らか、ほどよい脂が口の中に広がります~(゜∀゜)
さっぱりとチョレギサラダのあとは、和牛ホルモンの盛り合わせを注文。
コクのあるシビレにコリッコリの上ミノ、マルチョーとシマチョーは脂が甘く弾けます~(^o^)ノノシ
神戸牛の焼きしゃぶ。
綺麗なサシの神戸牛を、しゃぶしゃぶのように鉄板で軽く炙ります。
生でも食べられる新鮮な肉の旨みに、玉子がとろりとコクをプラスщ(゜▽゜щ)
松阪牛の肉豆腐は、脂が甘くて最高です。

松阪牛のハラミを注文。
