焼肉ARATA。西口高島屋の前、ビルの4階。
今はまだ、店の外に目立つ看板などありません。
生ビールで乾杯。
こだわり感じるメニューを見ながら、作戦会議です(^ω^)

まずは、厚切り特タン塩を注文しました。
厚切りのタン元は柔らか、ほどよい脂が口の中に広がります～(゜∀゜)
さっぱりとチョレギサラダのあとは、和牛ホルモンの盛り合わせを注文。
コクのあるシビレにコリッコリの上ミノ、マルチョーとシマチョーは脂が甘く弾けます～(^o^)ノノシ
神戸牛の焼きしゃぶ。
綺麗なサシの神戸牛を、しゃぶしゃぶのように鉄板で軽く炙ります。
生でも食べられる新鮮な肉の旨みに、玉子がとろりとコクをプラスщ(゜▽゜щ)
松阪牛の肉豆腐は、脂が甘くて最高です。
思わずご飯を頼んでオン～(σ≧▽≦)σ
松阪牛のハラミを注文。
香ばしく焼けた弾力のある赤身に、綺麗なサシの脂が絶妙なバランスヽ(´▽｀)/
松阪牛の上カルビ。
最上級のカルビは、肉の旨みを感じたあとで脂がすっととけていきます。

松阪牛の肉寿司で〆。
上質なサシの薄切り肉を、さっと炙ってご飯を巻きます。
