スープ調整後なのでわバチ濃いスープを期待していましたが、想像以上にパンチナッシング。
近江道家オープンのタイミングで人員がいなかったのかな。熟成感ゼロ、パンチゼロでした。醤油だけ先行していた感じ。まぁこれはこれで美味いんですけど...王道家のラーメンとしては論外でした。
舌バグってるかもしれないのでまた来ます。
