柏に予定があり、ついでに水戸街道沿いにある百名店の王道家柏店に訪問。
目の前でグツグツ煮込まれた豚骨スープは濃厚だけど臭みはなくタレも濃厚で病みつきになる美味しさ。
麺は中太麺でモチモチで濃いめのスープとの組み合わせでどんどん頬張ってしまう！
通常のラーメンも美味しいけど、ネギやチャーシューなどのカスタマイズ出来るのが楽しい！
50円で1枚豚トロチャーシュー追加出来るのも嬉しいー。
スープは塩味が濃いので卓上の生姜やお酢を入れるとさっぱりしてなお美味しい。
さらに今後の予定に合わせてにんにくを入れるとうまさ爆発！
今回は車で行ったので駐車場が狭いけど10台ほど入れました。タイミングよくほぼほぼ並ばずに入れたがのちに店外まで待ちができてました。
やっぱり家系は濃厚スープで麺やライスを喰らいカスタマイズして自分の一杯を作るのが楽しいので、カスタマイズの幅があるこちらは楽しかったですねー。
