ラーメン百名店の王道家 柏店に行ってきた。 注文はチャーシュー麺、濃いめ、多め、硬め、味玉付き。 ライス普通。麺は丁度いい硬さ。スープはThe 家系の味。 パンチがある味だった。チャーシューは写真からも伝わる 大きさでスモーキーだった。ライスもおいしく、全体的に 良い店だった。また来店したい。
