I had dinner at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Minamikashiwa, a yakiniku bar in Minamikashiwa. It's only a 1 minute walk from Minamikashiwa Station, so you can easily find it. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, with a total of 85 seats. There were seats and there were people having a party. It's a relaxing space and you can cook your own meat, so it's nice to be able to spend your time at your own pace. ◆ Sendai Beef Ichibo ¥1780 ◆ Special Loin ¥1680 ◆ Grilled Beef Liver ¥550 I ordered all three of today's recommended menus. The Sendai beef Ichibo is cut into large pieces and is luxurious. It had a great texture and was delicious. The special loin fat was so juicy that it spread in your mouth. What's more, it comes with maki, which is sure to be delicious. Grilled beef liver had a choice of miso or salt, so I chose the rich-tasting miso sauce. It was rich and thick, and the surface was fragrant, which I liked. ◆ Assortment of 4 types of meat ¥4000 I wanted to try a variety of meats, so I ordered an assortment of 4 types of meat. You can enjoy four types of meat: special tongue, lean Matsuzaka beef, tomosumi, and zabu suki. You can tell just by looking at the shiny, beautiful red meat that it's delicious. The special tongue is fragrant on the outside, soft on the inside, and has an irresistible texture. Red meat is firm and delicious. The soft and juicy zabu suki was the best. ◆ Delicious egg-cooked rice with grilled beef ¥890 ◆ Grilled beef with green onion ¥990 ◆ Rich meat Kaji pudding ¥400 We also have a selection of rice dishes. The exquisite egg-cooked rice with grilled beef was served in a bowl and had a good amount of volume. The meat is chunky, and the addition of the egg yolk to the tender meat gives it a rich and delicious flavor. The grilled beef green onion roll has soft meat with a melty texture. The secret ingredient was garlic, which added a punch and increased the flavor. Finally, for dessert, we had homemade pudding made from rich meat kaji pudding, which was a great treat.
