月に一度位の割合で辛い麺類を身体が欲するのは特殊なバイオリズムなのでしょうか…ですので、とりあえず伺いました柏高島屋レストラン街にて、暫し思案致しまして銀座アスターさんを目指して歩いておりますと、こちらのランチメニューに惹かれてしまい、急遽行き先変更となりました。

をお願いします。入り口からは想像出来ないのですが、店内はかなり広く、並びはありませんでしたが、ランチ時の混雑は健在でございます。ただ焼き焼きされているテーブルはほとんどないような…
丁度サーブして頂いたタイミングで運悪く？着電で、なんと10分程放置せざるを得ない状況になり、目の前でしなしなになっていく海苔を悲しく見つめながらなかなか話が長い電話先を勝手に恨んでしまっておりました。
ただ、不幸中の幸いとでも申しましょうか、麺が韓国冷麺の太いタイプでしたので思ったより延びておらず、コクのある辛いスープに良く絡み、また辛さも満足の辛さで、もちろん〆にライスを残ったスープに突入し、独特な形状の韓国料理屋さんで良くお見かけするスプーンでワシワシ頂きました。機会があれば出来たてをリベンジさせて頂きたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした♪♪
