柏駅からセントマーガレット教会を左手に見て、もっと先・・・市川柏線にぶつかる角地にあるこちら。お一人様フレンチというカジュアルなコンセプトで行けるお店です。
開店間際に到着し、店内に入ってみると、不釣合いな壁掛けテレビが映っていました。店主さんはテレビを見ながら準備されているのでしょうね(笑)そのまま音量は落としたものの、ずっとついていましたが・・・
カウンター席あり、テーブル席３席くらいの、狭い店内です。
店主さん一人で全てを仕切っているので、オープン後続々とお客さんが来られて、１２時には満席ですプレートを外に出していました。
メニューもテーブルに置いてなかったので、外看板にあったスープ・サラダ付のランチ９００円＋税にしました。壁のホワイトボードに詳細が掲げてありました。
この日のメニューは・・・
牛ランプとキッシュのポルチーニソース です。
まずはサニーレタスのサラダ、フレンチドレッシングがさっぱりとかかっています。
ピクルス盛り、もやし・しめじ・ピクルスにシャキシャキの大根がのっています。
コンソメスープは白コショウが効いた、旨みあるスープでした。
メインの登場。旬の野菜が色々とのっていますが、ちょっと雑然とした盛り付け。ランプ肉は火入れが強いのか、硬い印象ですが、ポルチーニソースの柔らかい味で美味しく頂きました。
キッシュはきのこがたっぷりで、美味しかったです。
私たちが食べ終わった頃にも、一人で来られた方のメインはまだだったので、待つことのできる人でないと厳しいかと・・・
食後は店内の熱気がこもり気味だったので、早々にお店を後にしました。
