久しぶりの友人とのランチです。
柏神社の脇をホワイト餃子の列を左に見た、十字路の右角２階のお店。
窓は２方向にあるので、明るい店内です。
頂いたのはアンブラコース２０００円（税込）
●季節の前菜盛り合わせ フレッシュサラダは新鮮そのもの。枝豆のフォカッチャにはハチミツがかかり、人参のマリネもスッキリ。ポテトサラダにはバルサミコソースがぴったり。鶏肉のクリーム煮。
●今週のパスタ まだまだ外は暑かったので、ムール貝とルッコラの冷製パスタにしました。カッペリーニはしっかりアルデンテで、酸味もまろやかなトマトソースとたっぷりのムール貝、久しぶりの美味しいパスタでした。
●デザート盛り合わせ ミルクプリンにはマンゴーソースがかかり、甘さも控えめのフルフル食感でした。パフェはチョコアイスの下が柔らかい生クリーム、下にはオレンジゼリー。
●ドリンク 今回は珍しくジンジャーエールにしました。
ドリンク２杯目からは＋１５０円で頂けるようなので、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすのにもいいサービスです。
