ガチ中華が流行っております。
こちらのお店は中国本土に約200店舗展開している火鍋専門チェーン店で、日本では新宿・池袋をはじめ、まだ数店舗らしいです。
入店すると店内は真っ赤でいかにも中国らしい雰囲気。
日本語がしゃべれる中国人の店員さんに席へと案内されました。
メニューは紙とタブレット。
適当にバンバン注文していったら、二人で食べきれずお持ち帰りとなってしまいましたｗ
まずは鍋を以下の４種類から選択します。
１．定番マーラー鍋
２．本番二色鍋
３．中華トマト二色鍋
４．三鮮二色鍋
最初は定番から選ぶべきところ、どうしてもトマト味が食べてみたくなりました。
次に辛さを選びます。
１．中辣
２．微辣
３．微微辣
４．特辣
鍋には最低限の具が付いているので、好きな食材を追加する方式です。

スープの味はとても美味しい。トマトはあまり感じない一方で、麻辣が効いているところがとても良いです。具はいたって普通なのですがスープが美味しいのでバクバクとイケてしまう。選んだ「中辣」の辛さは１番上にあるので一番辛くないと思いきや順番通りではなかったと思います。つまり結構な辛さで、辛さ耐性があまりない方には厳しいかも知れません。味付けホルモン盛合せは見た目通り、ウーシャンフェンがガツンと効いているので個人的にはかなり好みの味付けです。ただし想像よりもかなりボリューミーだったので持ち帰る事になりました。会計してみるとびっくり！注文し過ぎたからなのか一人9000円代となりました。一般的な鍋と比較するとかなり高い印象は否めません。でも味は美味しいかったです。
