柏駅より徒歩近くのお店。
上野でお花見をして、柏の友人に会いに。
久しぶりなのでお食事。
2月3月は繁忙期で全然余裕無かったので久しぶりの豪華な外食。
入ると鉄板がどーんと鎮座。
今日のコースは、

黒毛和牛と鮑のコースを注文。
まずは白ワインで乾杯
前菜の盛り合わせ
菜の花、サワラ幽庵焼、蛤、イカ合え、子持ち昆布、黒豆
菜の花は春を感じさせる爽やかな味付け。
黒豆がちょうど良い甘さでとっても好み！
カワハギの薄造り
綺麗かつ引き締まった身のカワハギ。
噛めば噛むほど、まったりとした甘さ。
白ワインすすむ笑
茶碗蒸し
ズワイガニの茶碗蒸し。
ぷるんとした見た目とふわふわの食感。
幸せなり
日本酒は作！！
ローストビーフのサラダ
ローストビーフもさることながら、ドレッシングがめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
ヤングコーンもシャキシャキです。
鮑鉄板焼
出ました鮑！！
鉄板で踊る鮑。ちょっと残酷だけど美味しくいただきます。もちろんソースは、肝ソース。
鮑独特の食感で肉厚。
肝の少しの苦味がとっても◎
黒毛和牛
焼かれる前のお披露目会。
綺麗なサシが入ったお肉。
肉厚の椎茸。
焼いている途中から、食欲マックス。
焼き方を聞かれて、レア（ブルー）希望。
鉄板焼はブルーって言わないのかな？
周りはカリッと中は肉汁たっぷりのお肉。
本当に幸せ！！
ガーリックライス
もちろん〆はガーリックライス。
ガーリックチップたっぷり。
残った肉油と一緒に。出た瞬間から食欲またマックス！
少しの苦味がまた癖になる。
デザート
最中アイス
やっぱり最後は甘いもの。
コロナになり、全然会えなかった久しぶりの友人も元気そうで、楽しい食事が出来て何より。
そして、何より自分へのご褒美でしたね笑
