柏駅すぐにある隠れ家的鉄板焼きのこちらのお店に訪問。
久しぶりの鉄板ということでワクワク
この日はスペシャルコースをチョイスしました。
･前菜盛り合わせ
まず前菜から6種も盛り合わせてあり豪華なスタート！小鉢で色々な食材を楽しめました。
･本日のお造り
この日はひらめの刺身 新鮮で身がしっかりしていて美味しかったです。お隣がお鮨やさんなので新鮮な魚が味わえるそうです
･鮑、オマール海老の鉄板焼き
な、なんと贅沢な…お連れ様とシェアしながら頂きましたが鮑はバターの味付けがなんとも最高！肉厚な鮑は贅沢そのもの。オマール海老は身がぷりっぷりで量も申し分なく入っておりこれは大満足でした。
･サーロイン･フィレ肉の鉄板焼き
メインのこちら！焼き加減はシェフのオススメにしてもらいました。量も多すぎず少なすぎずの適量
1口食べるとお肉の甘みがジュワ～っと広がりなんとも言えない幸せな気分になりました。ワサビ･塩･特製醤油があり特製醤油？は甘みがありワサビと醤油で食べるのが一番良かったです(^^)とっても美味しかったです。
･神戸牛ローストビーフサラダ
見た目から美しいサラダ！食べ応えあるローストビーフに野菜はお口直しにもさっぱりと美味しかったです
･炊き込みご飯･香の物･赤だし
鉄板と言えば〆はガーリックライスだと思っていましたがこたらでは炊き込みご飯！この日はとうもろこしのご飯。
醤油ととうもろこし、バター？と至ってシンプルだったのですがコクがありめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。鉄板=ガーリックという概念が変わりました！さっぱりと頂けるこちらのご飯は胃にも優しかった(^^)
〆のマンゴープリンのデザートを頂きフィニッシュ。
なんとも贅沢過ぎるコースでとても大満足でした。
店内は落ち着いた空間でまさに隠れ家的な雰囲気で普段使いにもお祝いごとにも使える柏で重宝されていきそうなお店でした
お手頃に楽しめるランチもあるのでまたお邪魔したいと思います。
