待ってました！！！
嫁が探した今月オープンのお蕎麦やさん。
柏にはありそうで、無かった本格的なお蕎麦やさん。
ランチタイムでお邪魔しました。
仕事終わりに、からからの喉を潤すビールとそば前。店主オススメの野菜達に、だし巻き玉子に山芋の磯辺揚げ。どれを取っても想像以上の美味しさ。。。
これはメインのお蕎麦も期待できそう。。。
厳選された日本酒の取り揃えも多く、迷いましたが本日は天美と南をセレクト！
いやぁ、五臓六腑にしみわたりました！
いよいよメインのお蕎麦です！
嫁→鴨せいろ
僕→二色もり(本日はゆず切り)
むむむむむ、むむ、これは旨い！蕎麦は全国津々浦々食べ歩きましたが、かなりの高得点！柏で有名なお蕎麦やさんより圧倒的にこちらの方が僕の好みでした！柏では圧倒的トップクラス！
最近はらーめんに浮気ばかりしていましたが、やはり食べすぎても罪悪感の薄いお蕎麦は最高です。
お蕎麦に関しては個々の好みが分かれるかとは思いますが、蕎麦好きの方なら一度は食べていただきたい！
店主も気さくで、素敵な方で、タイミングが合えばお店中央にあるガラス張りの打ち場で蕎麦打ちをしている格好いい姿を拝見させていただけるかも？
遅い時間のランチであまりのんびり出来ませんでしたが、大変満足させていただきました。次回は蕎麦味噌もご用意しておいて頂けるとの事でしたので、時間のある夜にのんびり伺いたいと思います。
