柏でスープカレーといえば、東口の
ブライアン一択というイメージでしたが
西口にもできると聞き、OPENを楽しみに。
当初、６月にOPENとの告知だったが、
予定日にはOPENせず、しばらくしたら
OPEN告知のお知らせも無くなってしまい、
OPENできなくなったのか？と思って
いたところ、８月に入り、やっとOPEN
しましたね。以前はCPの良いイタリアン
が入っていたところで、基本的な店内
レイアウトは居ぬきという感じでした。
ソロでしたので、カウンター席へ。
カウンター席は、テーブル席より一段
高くなってて、ちょっと落ち着きません。
さて、店頭にはメニューが出てなかった
ので、卓上で初めてメニューを眺めます。
野菜カレー￥１３００とチキンカレー
￥１５００の二択ですか。トッピングも
少しはあるし、ドリンクはアルコールも
用意がありますが、ちょいと少ない印象。
ＯＰＥＮ時はメニューを絞り込んで、
軌道に乗ったら少しづつ増やしていくという
やり方もありますので、それかもですね。
野菜カレーは１２種類の野菜たっぷりで、
チキンカレーは野菜カレーにチキンを
追加したという内容でしたよ。
■チキンカレー ￥1,500也
野菜は軽く素揚げされていましたね。
スープはコクと辛さがしっかり感じられる
タイプで、なかなか美味しかったです。
白米はＯＰで五穀米に変更できるみたい。
チキンは大きなブロックが一つ、骨付き
が一つで、カレーが染みていました。
お店のスタッフは、４人は居たかな・
ちょいと多過ぎですがＯＰＥＮ間もない
ので、スタッフは多めの方が何かと
対応が利くので良いとは思います。
お味の方はスパイシーでなかなか
美味しいと思いましたが、この価格
で二択のままだと、なかなかリピート
するのが微妙な感じですね。
せっかくＯＰＥＮされたので末永く
繁盛して頑張って頂きたいですね♪
