I went to Kamehachi, a Seafood Italian Cuisine restaurant conveniently located a 2-3 minute walk from the east exit on the Bic Camera side of Kashiwa Station.I was thirsty that day, so I immediately quenched my thirst with Suntory Premium Malt's scented ale.It was delicious! ! The appetizer was ``Zeppolini'', which is pizza dough mixed with seaweed and fried.It was piping hot and chewy on the inside.First, the staff brought out a recommendation board and explained the menu in detail. Today's carpaccio, the most popular menu item, was highly recommended with absolute confidence, so of course I ordered it. It's convenient that you can easily order from your smartphone. It's difficult to call the staff every time. This style is popular these days. I like it. Iburigakko Potato Salad with a Gooey Egg. Break the gooey egg on top and mix it well. It has a very rich flavor that goes well with alcohol. Today's carpaccio is luxurious. 5 types of salmon, horse mackerel, bonito, flounder, and scallops. All fresh. Fish caught locally at Choshi Port in Chiba. Garlic chips go really well with bonito. You can change the taste by adding wasabi salt. Even the plenty of seaweed was delicious. ~ A glass of wine to go with the carpaccio ~ The staff suggested three types of wine, and I ordered the palatable Peaceful Bay Classic Dry White from Australia.It was a white wine that went well with the carpaccio.It came with an order of specially selected Prosciutto cut from logs. I was told that it would be cut from the ham.It was paired with white wine from Kobelsburg Grüner from Austria in Europe.The strong flavor of Prosciutto and wine go well together.To finish, I ordered the popular Kamehachi pizza.The Seafood pizza is made with basil. The pizza was served hot and fresh, with lots of mayonnaise and lots of toppings like squid, shrimp, and octopus.Of course it was delicious.It was a rich pizza, so I changed from wine to a square highball.The glass was cooled on the back of the glass.The lemon was added first. Lightly squeeze it. There's a pile of ice. There's some delicious Suntory whiskey. It says the golden ratio of whiskey and soda is 1.4. Do you follow that? It was a delicious highball that seemed to be on offer.They also had great value courses that included all-you-can-drink, so the restaurant was quite busy.The cozy and cozy restaurant seems to be popular among the locals.Thank you for the meal.
