柏駅ほぼ目の前のヨンチャンプルコギへ行って参りました！
韓国料理がただ食べたくてなんとなく入ってみたお店です。
新大久保界隈にありそうな雰囲気のお店。
ヨンチャンプルコギの特筆すべき点は、スタッフさんの接客がとても良かったです！
『元気な挨拶』『笑顔の接客』『テキパキ動く』が徹底されていて、接客のお手本のようなお店でした。
店長さんの教育もあるとは思いますが、地の人間性が素敵な人が働かれているのがとてもよくわかります。
自然な感じで接してくれてはいるものの、ながら作業にはならずかつかかんで目線を合わせて接してくださり、久々に接客が素敵だなと思えるお店に出会えました。
サムギョプサルもスタッフさんが一生懸命に焼いてくださって、その分旨さが増しました！
脂身が好きな自分にとってはサムギョプサルは至極の逸品なんです。
オクラキムチ、アボカドキムチも普段食べませんが食べたらとても美味しかったです。
癖になると同時に酒の肴にもなるので、是非オススメして欲しい。
辛ラーメンが旨すぎておかわりしました！笑
中毒性なるぬ超毒性を感じました。
温玉が乗ってたらもっと嬉しいな。
大満足なヨンチャンプルコギでした！
